How do I know if my Company needs to be OFCCP Compliant?
If your Company has more than $100,000 in Federal contracts or subcontracts you are required to provide equal opportunity and affirmative action when hiring.

Where are the job requisitions being posted?
Locations include: State Job Service Centers, One-Stop Career Centers, and Local Employment Service Offices, local & state organizations/associations, universities/colleges, vocational rehabilitation centers, and school districts

Does eQuest also post to diversity and veteran locations?
Yes.  Veterans, disabled Veterans, Gay and Lesbian, minority sites.

Does eQuest post my job requisition to every state and local location?
No.  eQuest sends the job posting to the local sate offices, and other organizations, with in a 50 mile-square-radius of the job opening based upon state/city/zip code.

What type of reporting and tracking does the Compliance Solution offer?
Compliance provides detailed reports with verification of delivery of each job by posting date, requisition number, and job title, including the destination to which each job was delivered.
