Reporting Features
STANDARD REPORTING FEATURES
In an effort to help your Company meet Federal reporting obligations for OFCCP, eQuest provides detailed reporting documentation verifying the key components of each job delivery to each state and local location. Your reports will arrive in Microsoft Excelâ„¢ format for ease of review, sorting, and categorization. All processes of delivery are verified and include the date of receipt by eQuest, the date of delivery to the final destination(s) of each job, including the delivery destinations by name and locality. Each job is tracked by job requisition number and job title, a usual requirement during an OFCCP audit.
Another important audit feature is that eQuest will register your company including your FEIN number with each state site. This insures additional audit trails confirming that your jobs are being delivered into your own unique account at the state level instead of under a generic delivery file name.
ADVANCED REPORTING FEATURES
eQuest is developing a detailed report to provide more in depth reporting features captured when a requisition is delivered to a destination. We plan to have these detailed reports available toward the end of 2010.
